THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE MONTH

Introducing "The NAA Pilgrimage"

The NAA Pilgrimage is a heritage package blending educational, cultural and artistic experiences. The pilgrimage will involve visiting the archival materials related to a heritage site in the Kathmandu Valley, followed by a heritage walk to the site. The participants will capture their experience in an art form (photograph, sketch, architectural drawing, story, poem, and the like). The program will begin with experiencing the existing materials and end with participants creating one of their own, which will later be exhibited at Taragaon next.

Our objective is to inform, educate, and create research opportunities for those interested in Nepal’s architectural and cultural heritage. The NAA Pilgrimage will promote our history and heritage while also encouraging artistic expression through heritage experiences.
